During my time at Rent.com, Tara oversaw the General Ledger and Accounts Payable functions. Just prior to my arrival, she had helped lead a conversion from Oracle to SAP which worked almost seamlessly. She managed her team while needing very little direct supervision. She interfaced with the Finance team on a regular basis to help provide information on business results that informed key business decisions in the organization. Tara was also very adept at acclimating to new accounting systems and processes in short amounts of time and setting the example for her team in this regard.
